CHURCH RELATIONS

• Bookstore/Tape Ministry - The purpose of the Bookstore Ministry is to provide the written and audible word of God to people in manner of excellence. The bookstore is constantly moving forward with the vision of the pastors.
• Conference Department - Our mission is to develop, plan, and implement, conferences and other special events for the edification of the body of Christ. This ministry consists of conference professionals and those with a desire to learn the travel, hospitality and conference planning industries. We seek to fulfill the vision of Victory Christian Ministries International by creating excellent conferences where the body of Christ can see, hear and understand the word of God.
  
  Requirements: Coupled with godly character and a spirit of excellence, these are some of the skills and assets that are beneficial for this ministry: creative, critical thinking, detailed-oriented, strong written and verbal communication, time-management, flexibility, highly proficient computer skills, and internet accessibility.

• Hospitality - The goal of the Hospitality Ministry is to show the love of God and our pastors by demonstrating kindness and hospitality to visitors and guests of the ministry.
• Intercession - The purpose of the Intercession ministry is to stand in the gap. This ministry is part of a church without walls. We are here to perpetuate the vision of our pastor which is to be as Jesus is in this world.
• Maintenance - The purpose of the Maintenance Ministry is ensuring the sanctuary is always neat and clean. We exercise our natural impulse to serve with Godly measures of excellence.
• Membership Care Ordinances - Our mission is to orchestrate a visible collaboration between ministry departments, ordinances, & candidates toward the effective production of Water Baptism, Baby Dedications, and Communion with an emphasis on perpetuating a memorable experience for all in the most efficient way.
• PPA - The PPA Ministry aids the man and woman of God in the local church where there is a need. The pastor's personal aide allows the pastors quality time with the Lord, free of concern from the workings of the ministry.
• Security/Parking - The Security and Parking Ministry provides safe and legal parking for the VCMI family. The goal is to protect the anointing and maintain order in the sanctuary.
• Shipping Ministry - The Shipping Ministry at VCMI ensures that all products order for our external members are shipped in a timely manner. Our Ministry works closely with all departments to ensure that best quality of mailing is being used to increase awareness of the activities for VCMI and TCBM. It is our mission to consider the internal and external partners by ensuring that their packages are shipped out in a timely fashion. Thus allowing Life Changing messages to be on the customers doorsteps as soon as possible.
• Transportation - The purpose and vision of the Transportation Ministry is to provide transit for individuals who would not normally be to attend services at VCMI. If you need to arrange transportation from your home, please call 301-440-4895 at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements. Please note that the ONLY metro station we service is the Branch Avenue Metro Station. Our pick times are between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on Wednesday's and 8:30am and 9:00am on Sunday's.
• Ushers/Greeters - Our Mission is to willingly serve as doorkeepers, escorts and assistants providing guidance, direction, and information during assembly of our church family, friends, and visitors. We aim to create a loving, and friendly atmosphere that allows everyone who enters our church facility to feel comfortable and ready to participate in our worship services and to hear from God. Our success hinges on ushering as a team and requires us individually to interact closely and cooperate with one another and other ministries.
• Weddings - The the VCMI Wedding Ministry's mission is to professionally coordinate all wedding rehearsals and wedding ceremonies performed by a VCMI Officiant, regardless of their location. While we do not coordinate wedding reception activities at this time, we do offer full-service event planning, design, and wedding ceremony coordination, as well as "day-of" onsite management, all of which allow couples to relax and enjoy their ceremony, as well as save them time and money.
